Getting Rid of Mice


Mice can be annoying when they infest your home. The best way to get rid of them is to prevent them from entering in the first place.

Protect the house

  • One thing you can do is keep the lawn mowed, the mice do not travel in the short grass.
  • Get rid of all debris and trash from the yard and around the house.
  • All vents must be screened. Cover the space between pipes and concrete, in spaces where they enter your home. Use cement to cover these areas or metal clips in the case of wooden walls.
  • Fill all cracks in the foundation with foam or mastic.
  • Store food in sealed containers, including food animaux.contenants garbage must be equipped with tight fitting lids.
  • Avoid the urine and feces of rodents touch. Use a disinfectant before removal, as bleach.
  • Trapping and baiting

If you see mice in your home or garden, place traps and poison pellets near cracks and holes.
For the bait, using ca fruit, candy and peanut butter.

Always check the traps.

Use gloves when you try to remove the carcass of the trap.

Place them in plastic bags or newspaper leaves and throw them on the trash outside.
